YOGA VS SAUERKRAUT You probably know that fermented foods and prebiotics encourage healthy bacteria in your gut. But did you know that exercise in your youth could do the same?
A new study has found that exercising when you are young can improve gut bacteria across your lifetime.
The study showed that young rats who exercised every day developed more beneficial gut flora than those who didn’t. The young exercising rats also had healthier guts than the adults who exercised.
