And the pain that comes with the age so true Buddhist movement or with this exercise you either sit or stand comfortably take both the hands in front now you to open out the fingers stretch them wide and very slowly make up tight fists. And then again open out stressed and wide and again tight fist once again stretch you said that this movement even massages your heart and last time stretch tight fist I know relax the fingers and drop the hands down this is one set. And you can repeat this throughout the day at least three times.
