Yoga at 7th

Yoga at 7th for CHRISTIANITY Jerusalem, Jesus was arrested and crucified. Christians believe his death was an atonement for the sins of humanity. What happened next provided the meaning of Christianity. Three days after his death, Jesus rose from the dead and periodically reappeared to speak with some of his disciples and followers. When Adam in the Old Testament sinned by eating the forbidden fruit God punished him by making him mortal. With Jesus rising from the dead it proved to Christians that salvation was possible through the love and mercy that Jesus preached. Jesusdisciples and followers spread the word and converted many people to Christianity over the course of the next few centuries. Yoga at 7th photos, Yoga at 7th 2016.

There are some things in life we want to finish quickly like any meeting where people say the words “fiscal year” more than once. There are things in life we want to last forever like falling in love, or enjoying a blissful afernoon with a cup of coffee or tea and dessert.

Desserts are special occasion treats, and at least once a month (or more), there’s a special occasion. Whether your dessert is raw vegan or dripping with icing, I have a way to make the moment last.

Meditation can suspend time and help us appreciate activities we already enjoy. The next time you have a hankering for something sweet, take a piece a quarter of the size you normally would. Sit down and take in its appearance the way the light hits it, the different colors and textures study your dessert the way a painter would.
