And the tabletop then slowly go down have a wonderful stretch for the calf. And the hamstring when leg goes back to come to the lunge position then the downward facing dog from here you’ll come to the cat position by dropping the knees down take the legs closer to each other take one leg back.

And up and from here removing the neck round in such a way that the leg goes down side up on the other side let go as much big circle as you can see that you’re not bending the hands after five six circles in one direction you can rest. And then the same leg other way see that you’re keeping the leg straight you’re moving from the hip and don’t bend the leg in the knee keep it straight. And you relax take the leg in front and to get the leg out up and keep the hand straight the language which is moving is straight one side weight. And the other side come to the cat position from here downward facing dog then the leg position forward then tabletop a pinch up backward bend. And come out this is a wonderful practice which helps you to tune the hips. And the area around the hips can combine this practice with the other variations in the cat pose.
