Go into a deep plié, then up high on to your toes. Hold your dumb-bells palms up, draw elbows behind you, then stretch arms out full length at shoulder height, drawing back your elbows behind you as fast as you can. ALTERNATE DUMB-BELL SNATCH

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and a dumb-bell in one hand; knees are at 90 degrees and the pull the dumb-bell up to the ceiling, extending your arm at the top of the move, while standing on your toes.
