The first exercise is just a simple blinking exercise. So you are going to blink twenty times – light-dark, light-dark.

To do that we begin with nasikagra drishti – looking at the tip of your nose and then look at the eyebrow center. Again palming, these two movements of the eyes will strengthen the eye muscles..
